6 weeks down....

Trace had Owl Camp at the end of May to visit his new school.

We went to Joes Crab Shack on the bay for lunch one day.

After lunch we went to Buc Days carnival and Dad won us 5 live goldfish and 1 dead one!

We have been to the lake once. it was Honeys first time.

We go to the beach about 1 time per week.

We accidentally caught a minnow in our bucket!

I built a sand castle

We went to San Antonio with some of our friends.

We all went to 6 flags.

Our Hotel had a great view!

We ate dinner on the riverwalk.

We bought a summer pass to The Science and History Museum. Trace and I won 1st place on the treasure hunt!

We have eaten a bunch of ice cream and milkshakes this summer

4th of July was fun.

We wore all the right colors

Played with sparklers

Ate giant toasted marshmallows

Hit up the mall one day where i tried on new glasses.

Another beach trip!

Trace tried to catch minnows again.

Trace got a GIANT new Avalanche!

End of School

On Saturday we went to a Rubber Duck Round up for a local charity.

Trace got to meet Darth Vader

Tea went on a pony ride.

Trace had fun petting piggies in the petting zoo.

We played at Cole Park while we waited for the event to start

I got a Keyboard!

Trace got a new bike for his end of school year present.

Well its that time of year again- end of the year cermonies. This year I made straight A's(my first time ever!). I was a student council rep, safety patrol, and earned Star reader. Luckily even though there was new school zoning I am going to be able to stay at my school and finish 5th grade with all my friends!

Trace had a successful year too. He completed Kindergarten and was dubbed "Future Scientist" by his classmates. He will be leaving this school next year though and heading over to the districts gifted and talented school.

South Texas Botanical Gardens

This past saturday we went to South Texas Botanical Gardens. It was mainly a girl scout trip but Trace got to go. Let me tell you its more than just flowers! they have a ton of birds, reptiles, butterfly house and a bunch of walking trails. We had a really good time!
