just ANOTHER cold day

So its just another cold day here. but what else is new. we are confined to playing inside and drawing pictures all day. Trace watches "jacks big music show" and i watch spongebob.

christmas gone...

So christmas came and went. we made out like bandits and baby Trace didn't know what was going on. he liked all his toys that made sounds though. i got lots of art stuff too!

Yeah! I got new shoes. they are kinda funny feeling though. at first i didn't even want to stand up in them. i guess i'll get use to them but mom says my feet are so fat its hard to find ones that fit. she was hoping these would work or she would have to pay $40 for some extra wide size!

I guess these will keep my feet a little warmer in the cold and plus they look just like dads!

i'm getting better!

I'm getting better and better at standing! it use to take me several trys to get on my feet but now i can do it in a flash. i use anything i can to get up. the couch, Tea, mom, excersaucer, entertainment center. if its there and i can climb it, i will!

Nothing Special

Well we haven't been up to anything special lately. just sitting around the house and playing. we are going tonight to take our family photos. i can't wait!

Yes i have been caught! i was practicing standing up in my bed this morning. i was suppose to be taking a nap and mom must have peeked in and saw me standing so she took a picture. after i saw the flash go off i laughed.

SANTA HAS LANDED!

So we went to visit daddy at the mall and well you know the rest! at first i was a little scared and told mom i would visit santa after i ate dinner. so we ate and then went to see him again. he was real friendly and there wasn't even a line. Trace just sat there and didn't know what to do. he can't talk yet to tell santa what he wants. but mom said santa already knows. mom also said that getting a picture with santa is becoming a rip off. something about $17 for just 1 little picture. but i'm glad i was brave this year!

TUB TIME!

today mom finally put me in th big tub. when i saw all that water just waiting for me i was so happy! i hit the water like i was made for it. i just couldn't stop splashing the whole time. i didn't even care that mom was washing me or that there was toys. all i wanted was water!

i'm so thirsty!

wow i was so thirsty eating all those cheerios for breakfast, mom FINALLY gave me some juice. well it was good but then i thought it was more fun to drop it on the floor to hear the bang and watch Tea pick it up!

HI its me! well i thought(really mom) i looked too cute today not to take a picture. Really i would rather eat my shoes than wear them!

HALLOWEEN!

well halloween came and went! we had a good time. i did all the trick or treating but i took Traces bag up a bit too so he could get some candy. i can't wait til next year so i can dress up again!

Whos got a mohawk?

What?A Mohawk?....on me? Well with what little hair that i have mom figures it should at least be cute. Dad thinks otherwise and licked his hand to lay it down. Little did he know though that my hair is resilient and stood right back up. Mom told him that if he wanted to style my hair then he can give me a bath. (I am still sporting a mohawk)

Crawling!

YUM!

So i have been doing well with my eating. today was my 1st try of cheerios. they we're yummy of course. i have eaten zwieback toast, vegi puffs, jello, cheesecake, chicken and stars soup, apple bits and now cherrios. at first i got more in my high chair and on the floor but everyday i get a little better at reaching my mouth. soon i'll be eating steak! who says you need teeth!
